At ETRANGE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all ETRANGE tags attached to ensure the product remains in its original condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
